Our core business is the supply of pharmaceuticals, disposables, surgical and medical equipment, in quantities up to container loads. We can supply, at very competitive prices, a wide range of branded pharmaceutical products, manufactured by national and multinational companies. We source branded and generic drugs and if required liaise directly with manufacturers to meet specific customer requirements.

We have built up an enviable network of suppliers around the world. All our suppliers are fully verified and most have been partners for decades. We source medicines worldwide but our main sources are from North America, Europe and Britain and are manufactured to FDA, MHRA, EU or WHO Standards. Raw ingredients are also supplied compliant with BP, PhEur, and USP specifications.

Our London base, close to Heathrow airport, facilitates consolidation and export packing procedures and the staff are fully conversant with the export practices of a large number of Countries.

We provide export documentation, such as Certificates of Origin or Legalized Invoices, though our membership of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, through our membership of the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, and directly from individual Embassies.

Medicines are usually authorized by relevant National Qualified Authorities and wherever this is not the case we will make full disclosure to the purchasing authority.

Product Integrity

In addition to our own inspections by the UK authorities our suppliers also undergo regular audits and verification to ensure our supply chain is secure and of the highest standard.

We have a robust Quality Management System and our in-house Q.M. team constantly conduct internal audits on all our policies and procedures.

Our facilities are monitored round the clock and all temperature recording apparatus are independently calibrated annually.

UK and EU stock if fully verified using the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) databases adding an additional level of security to our supply chain. Each individual pack's unique identifier is verified on the relevant database before being sent to you.

We work closely with inspectorates of the MHRA, the FDA, and the UK Home Office checking for falsified medicines and exchanging information. We keep our clients fully informed of any developments.

We maintain a government approved medicines recall protocol that allows us to comply with all recall or advisory notices from manufacturers and regulators.
